Shipping Policy

Vogtland Suspension ships  with UPS  directly from Vogtland North America California 92590. Shipping rates are determined from zip 92590 to a confirmed Pay Pal shipping address. Vogtland Suspension reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). All order deliveries require a signature. Canadian customers are  responsible for paying brokerage fees, and taxes to UPS (Performa Invoice reflects MSRP). Shipping to Canada via UPS Standard only

  Shortages & Damages

Damage claims must be reported to UPS upon receipt and notify us at sales@vogtlandsuspension.com .  Do not use or install merchandise until inspected by shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection.

Warranty

Vogtland Suspension is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. All warranties are handled directly with Vogtland NA Inc. ( manufacturer) through VogtlandSuspension.com.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record including instalation invoice from a licenced machanic for a warranty claim.

Shipping Time Frame

Most of our applications are shipped within 2-7 Business days. Some suspension | Spring kits are custom ordered from Vogtland Germany and could take considerably longer (15-60 days). We will notify you of the delay, and ask you to keep the order pending or issue a Full Refund. If you  decided to keep the order pending and later decide to cancel the order shipping from Germany a 10% fee will be deducted from the Refund. Refunds are issued on Friday's.

All order information is included in your account including your UPS tracking #. Just log in to view your history. Please put sales@vogtlandsupension.com in your address book as the email might be deleted for SPAM. Try and avoid using free email accounts like Hotmail and Yahoo as they might delete the email before it reaches  your inbox.

UPS tracking #'s will be provided next business day after item has shipped Via Pay Pal and VogtlandSuspension.com communication.

Returns | Cancellation

 20% RE-STOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL APLLICATIONS SOLD, CUSTOM ORDERS  AND RETURNED FOR REFUND THAT ARE NOT THE SHIPPERS FAULT. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED UPON RETURN SHIPPING. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AFTER 14 DAYS.
