Vogtland Lowering Springs

Vogtland Lowering Sport Suspension Springs are made in Hagen-Hohenlimburg, Germany and TUV tested with original equipment manufacture ( OEM ) quality and carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Springs are produced using special oil tempered spring alloys, using the cold coiling process machinery developed by Wafios Machinery Corporation. This achieves low spring weight with high material strength and the desired effect of uniformly reducing the un-spring weight of the vehicle by optimizing the handling performance characteristics. Suspension springs are tempered, shoot peened and preset to ensure a consistent supension function and ride height. Low grade value brand springs will loose length with dynamic inpact, but not Vogtland. Vogtland Sport Lowering Springs and suspension are engineered for each make | model using stock Shocks.

Tuned Performance Suspension & Coilover Applications

2010 Vogtland Sport Lowering Suspension kit applications provide a complete tuned suspension package that significantly improves the vehicles dynamic behaviour. Each damper is produced to the most stringent quality development standards by some of the most respected damper manufactures Koni, Tokico, Bilstein and Alco in the automotive high performance tuning industry. According to the setting and the lowering of the kit, gas tube shock absorbers (struts) or performance sport shock absorbers with a low pressure gas system will be used. The shocks (Struts) absorbers with a 10 - 15% harder suspension ride compared to the standard running OEM gear, respond immediately and guarantee always a high-performance handling ride for your vehicle. Some kits are adjustable regarding the force. Depending on the vehicles make and model,dampers can be internally | externally adjusted to match various driving conditions tuned to provide a comfortable low profile razor sharp handling performance.
